We begin by introducing the roadmap to a successful implementation.

From system configuration to multiple training options, we guide you through every step in the process to make sure PrimeroEdge is ready for daily use.

You will receive a welcome email within one business day including a link to schedule your Kick Off Call.

A user name and password will be provided soon after to allow quick access to your purchased modules.

During the kick off call, we partner with you to understand your business operations and goals.

We also define team member responsibilities and the best way to communicate during the project.

Once we understand more about your business and goals, we consult with you to determine your project schedule, timeline and milestones to meet your Go Live date.

Your official introduction to PrimeroEdge includes system personalization, data migration and reviewing best practices.
