We previously introduced you to some of our district team members, managers, and directors that makeup the PrimeroEdge family, so in this edition of “A Look Inside PrimeroEdge” we want you to get to know some of our state solutions team members:

Stephanie Corken, Director of Product Management, State Division

Stephanie serves as the Director of Product Management for the State Division at PrimeroEdge driving the development of our state module products. She brings many years of experience as a software Product Owner/Manager, as well as more than 20 years of experience in the field of Technical Communication to every client project. She blends strong communication skills, user experience training, solid project management experience, and Agile software methodology knowledge to help deliver products that exceed customer needs. Prior to joining PrimeroEdge, Stephanie worked for software companies in the Oil and Gas and Network Security industries.

Varija Nune, Business Analyst

Varija serves as a Business Analyst for the State Division at PrimeroEdge. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our state-driven SaaS modules, she plays an active role in requirements gathering, developing workflows, quality verification and validation for every release that goes to our state customers. She engages with product owner(s) and business stakeholders to foster the product vision while delivering the highest value streams to users on a regular basis. Varija brings over 12 years of experience in the Software IT industry and is a Certified Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) with a Masters degree in Computer Science. She has a wide knowledge and working experience in large projects involving Agile/Scrum methodology to boost productivity and quality.

Keri Wolfe, Business Analyst

Keri serves as a Business Analyst for the State Division at PrimeroEdge. In her role, she conceptualizes and develops high level workflows for our state products. She also supports the team by identifying continuous improvement opportunities within our software and working directly with our development team to make these improvements a reality. Keri previously worked as an engineer for 3 years in the oil and gas industry. Following her time as an engineer, she then spent 4 years working in project management as an Analyst and Project Lead at a mechanical integrity consulting company, both domestically and abroad. Her knowledge and experience in highly technical fields have lent themselves well to the PrimeroEdge team.

Daniel Todd, Program Specialist

Daniel is a Program Specialist for the State Division working closely with our state customers to define how and where PrimeroEdge can help automate their operations. Prior to joining PrimeroEdge, Daniel was a State Agency Coordinator for 14 years where he served as a technical assistance resource for areas such as Eligibility, Direct Certification, Verification, Annual Reports, and Procurement. He implemented several state-wide software projects including NSLP Contracts, NSLP Claims, and Administrative Review. He also oversaw the procurement and rollup of Point of Service and Eligibility software to over 700 schools. The knowledge and experience that Daniel brings from his time in this role makes him a great source of information for both PrimeroEdge and state customers.

Christa Kroon, State Project Manager

Christa serves as the State Project Manager for the Implementation of our State Solutions. Prior to joining the State Division, Christa implemented over 100 districts across all PrimeroEdge modules and is a Subject Matter Expert for the Point of Service and Student Eligibility Modules. As part of the Implementation team, Christa leads each implementation while ensuring that all project requirements are met and the project is completed on time and within scope. Christa’s wide experience in implementation projects provides customers with a well-defined and simplified project experience.
